Ordering:

Stephenson's Warmlite is strictly a mail order business. We will talk to you on the phone, answer questions and check on availablility of items, order status etc. You may also email us at inquiries@warmlite.com and we will try to respond to your questions in a timely fashion. Any requests for fabric samples etc PLEASE include snail mail address - we have not figured out how to email fabric samples!

We accept credit cards for stock items, otherwise please mail in your order with payment.

If however you order an item that we currently have in stock and do not want to use a credit card then you have two options:

• Pay via check - This incurres a 10-day delay while we wait for the check to clear.

• Pay via Money order/Certified check. The order can go out the very next day after we receive payment.
