You can add this service to any tent on the website. If it is on a Quick Ship tent it will no longer ship out in 48 hours, and may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

We can seam seal a tent of any age. If you need a Warmlite tent seam sealed even after many years of use, we are more than happy to do it for you. You will need to pay for shipping to and from the Warmlite facility in Maine, as well as the service fee.

Seam sealing is the process of creating a silicone mixture that matches the silicone coating on the rest of the fabric that makes your tent. Taking this mixture and painting it on every seam where the sewing needle passed through the fabric. This puncture in the sewing process creates thousands of holes in the fabric that rain, wind, snow, and more can get into your tent. It also creates points where heat can escape from your tent. By painting this mixture on the sewing punctures it creates a impenetrable barrier that will keep you warm and dry no matter what conditions you face.
