- Hand wash tents and all coated fabric items with warm water and mild or gentle detergent, then air dry.
- Products may be dry cleaned
- Do not scrub coating.
- Do not use bleach on products
- To clean zippers. Brush out fine sand with a soft old toothbrush to prevent slider wear.
Our tents come with a 1 year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Please refer to our repairs page for more details.

Unused items returned within 30 days, will be issued a full or partial refund. If there is a manufacturer error, we will replace the items upon inspection of the problem. We are unable to offer refunds for custom orders that are not correct due to customer error.
Canceling an order at any time will result in a 10% order cancellation fee. Canceling this order after an item has already shipped will result in additional charges of shipping costs as well as the 10% cancellation fee. Exchanges and Returns are allowed up to 30 days after item is received. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days.
In-stock items ship within 48 hours. Custom orders may take 6-10 weeks.
